SEMI Standard Wafer Specifications
MSC offers the highest quality silicon wafers for high volume semiconductor manufacturing. These wafers are produced from monocrystalline Czochralski ingots, ranging from 2” to 12” in diameter.

Wafers are available in a highly customizable form and usually ship within 24 hrs. Even wafers with different material stacks ship within three-to-five weeks. These wafers can be used for both manufacturing and research. We offer prime wafers only.
